 How long does it take to receive my book?

Books ship next business day and take 2-5 days to deliver. You should receive your book in 2-5 days from date of order. All books are shipped First Class Mail. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

 How many pages are the stories?

Most stories are 20-30 pages, the page count is always on the template screen.

 Can I add more pages?

Each story is a set number of pages and cannot be changed at this time.

 Where do you ship from?

Books are produced and shipped from the Chicago Metro Area.

 What is the book quality?

Books have a laminated tag stock cover, the interior pages are premium, glossy paper. The books are printed on a high quality digital printer. The book quality is similar to most soft cover children's book purchased at a book store.

 Do you offer hardcover books?

We do not offer hard cover books at this time, but we are exploring adding this option in the future.

 How long does it take to create a book?

We have designed our site to be quick and easy to use. Most users should be able to create their story in 15-20 minutes or less.

 I have a question is there a number I can call and speak to someone?

The best way to get help is to send an email to support@mystorybookmoments.com and we will respond to you as quick as possible.

 I would like to change the story line. How can I do that?

We have designed the application with a prewritten story line that we believe can be customized for most experiences. At this time we do not allow fully customized stories, but this is something that may be offered in the future.

 Can I cancel a printed book order?

Please send an email to support@mystorybookmoments.com. Orders may not be able to be canceled, once they are submitted for printing. Once printed, your order is not cancelable because all book are custom and printed specifically for each user.

 I received my book and it is damaged.

Send an email to support@mystorybookmoments.com with a picture and description of the damage. We will work with you to get the problem resolved.

 I received my book and a word is misspelled.

You received a prompt when ordering to confirm everything is correct. If the book matches the item ordered their will be no refund. If something was printed different than as ordered we will work with you to correct the issue.

 I have some suggestions on how to make My Storybook Moments better.
